We are experiencing an unexpected issue with our SBC which is creating issue with our connection to the telcos.
Our team is investigating.

Update: To deal with the ACE Engine issue from Accuro, we have added additional resources to deal with the volume coming from Accuro. Faxes are processing and the back log is clearing quickly.

After activating our NOC team earlier this morning, it was determined that the issue lay with the Accuro Ace Engine and faxes not reaching Unite for processing.
The Unite Fax Servers remained operational at all times during this issue.
There was NO Carrier or Unite issue what so ever.

UPDATE: The issue relates to an ACE Engine issue and not Unite.

UPDATE: Faxes sent directly from the Unite fax platform are sending normally.
We do not appear to be receiving any faxes from the Accuro platform to send.

Update: Our NOC team is active and is currently investigating the issue.

911 is currently experiencing a service-impacting outage.
Their teams are working diligently to resolve the issue.

This issue at the carrier level appears to be resolved. Test calls are working properly in both directions. I will leave this at degraded for another 30 minutes as we continue to monitor it.
