We are temporarily using an additional mail server to speed thru the backlog, you may see messages come from messages@unitefax.ca instead of messages@unite.ca

911 is currently experiencing a service-impacting outage.
Their teams are working diligently to resolve the issue.
Updates to follow once we hear more.

This issue at the carrier level appears to be resolved. Test calls are working properly in both directions. I will leave this at degraded for another 30 minutes as we continue to monitor it.
