Issues with Accuro Fax Server

Our NOC team believes they have identified the issue and have implemented a solution. We continue to monitor the situation and faxes are flowing. All faxes uploaded to the fax server have sent, and all received faxes will be available for download.

Fax calls are currently sending and we are working through the back log.
Live connections are still restricted until we get thru the backlog.
Received faxes have not been affected and will be available for download when we remove the connect...
Accuro fax authentication issue

We are aware of an issue that some customers are receiving an authentication error when attempting to download faxes.
We are currently investigating and updates to follow.
Issue with Primary Carrier

Re-routing is complete and appears to be working well.
Currently working with our primary carrier to determine the issue.
We are experiencing an issue with connectivity to our primary carrier.
We are currently in process of re-routing to secondary carriers.

Intermittent Connection issues to the Accuro Fax Platform

We are aware of an ongoing incident in which there are intermittent connection issues to Accuro Fax.
Our systems admin team is currently investigating.
Update: This issue has been resolved and we are monitoring the status. Some faxes may take longer to process as the system works through backlog.
