There appears to be an internet outage in Ontario affecting the GTA and London areas. This appears to be affecting ISPs Bell Telus and Rogers and resellers.
Outbound Fax Issue

We are currently experiencing an issue with one of our conversion proxy servers.
Faxes are still processing however you may notice that they are pending for a longer than normal period.
Our systems team is working on restoring the affected proxy and should be back to normal shortly.
Issue at 911 Data Center

We have received notification from the 911 Data Center that they are experiencing an issue with inbound calls to them. They are working on the issue now. If you need to call 911 - please use your cell phone or another device.
Issue at Datacenter

Our datacenter is experiencing a partial outage which is affecting inbound and outbound faxes. Faxes are processing however, you may experience some delays. More updates to follow. Thank you for your patience.

Outbound Fax Issue

UPDATE: Re-routing is complete - Faxes are sending properly now.
We are noticing a fax negotiation issue with our primary outbound carrier. We are currently investigating as well as in process of re-routing outbound traffic out a secondary carrier. More updates to follow.
Inbound Fax Issue

UPDATE: Calls appear to be flowing properly now. We are monitoring.
We are currently experiencing an issue with inbound faxes receiving a busy signal when senders are calling. Our systems admin team is investigating. Updates to follow.

Issue at Halifax Point of Presence

Our carrier's Halifax voice point of presence went offline this morning at 8:15 am affecting calls to and from the East Coast. Our carrier is diligently working on the issue. More updates to follow as soon as they become available.
