Fax Issues Updated

5:30pm EDT: Active connections continue to be limited. Faxes are being received. Our teams are working around the clock to restore full service. We will continue to provide updates here.

We are receiving an unusually higher number of connection requests from the EMR.
As a result system performance has become unstable.
We will be limiting active connections to the fax servers to preserve integrity.

Yesterdays's Fax Issues

We believe the issue to be resolved. Faxes are sending normally. We will continue to monitor to ensure stability.

We have temporarily restricted uploading and downloading of faxes while the servers work thru the backlog.

Issues with Accuro Fax Server

Our NOC team believes they have identified the issue and have implemented a solution. We continue to monitor the situation and faxes are flowing.  All faxes uploaded to the fax server have sent, and all received faxes will be available for download.

Fax calls are currently sending and we are working through the back log.
Live connections are still restricted until we get thru the backlog.
Received faxes have not been affected and will be available for download when we remove the connect...

Accuro fax authentication issue

We are aware of an issue that some customers are receiving an authentication error when attempting to download faxes.
We are currently investigating and updates to follow.

Issue with Primary Carrier

Re-routing is complete and appears to be working well.
Currently working with our primary carrier to determine the issue.

We are experiencing an issue with connectivity to our primary carrier.
We are currently in process of re-routing to secondary carriers.
