Push Notifications to Communicator Apps may not work

Due to the AWS outage today - push notifications to our Communicator App may not be working or working intermittently.
Windsor Inbound connectivity issues

We are currently experiencing intermittent inbound issues in the Windsor area due to an issue with Bell Canada's T1 boards. a ticket has been opened with Bell.
Issue with Accuro fax

UPDATE: Accuro has implemented a fix. As a result outbound faxes are now being sent.
Given the backlog, there may be a delay in processing.
Please refer to the Accuro status page for more information.

Faxes are being received as normal and will be available for download when the Accuro service is restored.
