Windsor Inbound connectivity issues

We are currently experiencing intermittent inbound issues in the Windsor area due to an issue with Bell Canada's T1 boards. a ticket has been opened with Bell.
Issue with Accuro fax

UPDATE: Accuro has implemented a fix. As a result outbound faxes are now being sent.
Given the backlog, there may be a delay in processing.
Please refer to the Accuro status page for more information.

Faxes are being received as normal and will be available for download when the Accuro service is restored.
Issue with Carriers

We are seeing service degradation at multiple carriers. We are working on re-routing traffic to additional carriers.

Issue with Portal Fax

Issues with DNS look up

Update: Internic - Canada's first DNS Registrar is investigating issues with intermittent dns lookup.
This is causing intermittent connection issues to the services provided by Unite.
We will update as we know more information.
