Issues with DNS look up

Update: Internic - Canada's first DNS Registrar is investigating issues with intermittent dns lookup.
This is causing intermittent connection issues to the services provided by Unite.
We will update as we know more information.
Issues with Accuro scftware

Bell Aliant reports that the issue has been fixed.
Bell has acknowledged the ticket and is currently investigating.
We are experiencing voice issues in the 902 area code.
A priority ticket has been opened with Bell Aliant and they are currently investigating.

Call Quality Issue

We are experiencing a call quality issue between our data center and our carrier. This appears to be an issue somewhere on the internet. We have engaged our data systems team in an effort to re-route the traffic.
Internet Issue

There appears to be an internet outage in Ontario affecting the GTA and London areas. This appears to be affecting ISPs Bell Telus and Rogers and resellers.
Outbound Fax Issue

We are currently experiencing an issue with one of our conversion proxy servers.
Faxes are still processing however you may notice that they are pending for a longer than normal period.
Our systems team is working on restoring the affected proxy and should be back to normal shortly.
Issue at 911 Data Center

We have received notification from the 911 Data Center that they are experiencing an issue with inbound calls to them. They are working on the issue now. If you need to call 911 - please use your cell phone or another device.
