Maintenance

One of our outbound carriers will be performing maintenance on their trunk connections between 3 and 4 am EST.
There may be a 15 minute window in which outbound calls may be affected.
This will NOT affect services such as 911

We will be performing brief maintenance on our session border controller. You may experience brief periods of fast busy signals while the system restarts.
911 may also be temporarily unavailable.

Our primary outbound fax carrier has planned maintenance to their network systems.
The estimated time of service impact is approximately 5 minutes.
Our systems are configured to use a back up carrier should the primary go out of service; however, there may be a brief interruption.

Given this maintenance - we will also be performing maintenance on the fax servers themselves beginning at 12:00 am EDT.

One of our outbound fax carriers is performing maintenance. There may be a brief period where faxes will not send out this specific carrier.

We will be performing maintenance to these servers. We do not expect any downtime other than a brief restart of the services which will take approximately 2 minutes.
