Maintenance

We will be conducting scheduled maintenance on the core Textify Servers.
This will take place on January 9th, 2026 beginning at 4 pm EST
You can expect a 4 hour interruption.
We thank you for your patience.

Our network partner will be conducting maintenance and upgrades.
During this maintenance window, you may experience up to two brief interruptions in service while we complete the maintenance activities. However, due to the complexity of the work, your downtime may be longer.
Our network operations engineers closely monitor the work and will do everything possible to minimize any inconvenience to you.
We thank you for your patience and understanding.

One of our outbound carriers will be performing maintenance on their trunk connections between 3 and 4 am EST.
There may be a 15 minute window in which outbound calls may be affected.
This will NOT affect services such as 911

We will be performing brief maintenance on our session border controller. You may experience brief periods of fast busy signals while the system restarts.
911 may also be temporarily unavailable.

Our primary outbound fax carrier has planned maintenance to their network systems.
The estimated time of service impact is approximately 5 minutes.
Our systems are configured to use a back up carrier should the primary go out of service; however, there may be a brief interruption.
